Find Articles

Go to the Database Page and search vendors EBSCO and Gale to find newspaper, magazine, journal articles, primary sources, and much more. Using the search terms from your research table, begin to find authoritative resources on your topic. From home, you will need user names and passwords. You can find these in your PRHS email, PRHS Google Calendar (every Tuesday), or in the printed library brochure. In the building, the databases are synced automatically. Skim the article to be sure it is relevant before you decide to print or download. Begin taking notes on each article. See Organizing Research Notes page.

Remember that you will have to cite sources, so be sure to use the "Cite Tool" in the Database to get the full bibliographic information on each article.
